Pets are permitted however, only one pet per unit. This can be one dog (25 lbs or less) OR one cat. See bylaws and restriction page for more information on the pet policy.
Trash is collected every Tuesday. Recycling is every other Tuesday. It is best to put your trash out the night before. See the City of Milan's website for further information. https://www.milanmi.gov/services/solid_waste_recycling.php
If you have yard waste it must be in the paper bags put out at the Platt Rd curb by entrance.
Decorations are only allowed on the front door such as a wreath and a potted plant or item on the front porch. You may plant flowers. No solar lights, holiday lights, political signs or flags other than the American flag can be in the front.
Your back patio area can be decorated as you choose.

Can be in the in unit's driveway without interference to neighboring driveway, not on grass, allowed in front of the unit on roadway.
